By far the best facial wash I've ever used. Doesn't dry out my skin or cause any irritation. I saw an immediate difference in skin quality after the first use. Doesn't seem like much of a supply until noticing a little goes a long way. Will continue using this product.

I have been ordering Tiege since June 2020, that’s 4 years.
The face wash has almost always had a different consistency every time I receive it. I received my latest bottle very recently and it is entirely different. It foams different, it bubbles, it smells different, and it’s thinner. It bubbles and foams more than my kid’s bubble bath. It makes you feel like a child rather than a man washing his face.
With that being said, it has always done the job it’s supposed to do as I cannot say my face has ever broken out worse due to the inconsistency of the product. That is why it gets the 3 stars it has.
However, there’s clearly a quality control issue happening here and it’s quite disappointing for paying what I’d consider a premium price (yes, it could always be more, we know that). Didn’t the price just go up this year?
It should be the exact same time after time for what you’re charging. I’ve never looked into other options until this last bottle, but I am starting to see what else is out there.
I haven’t decided if I’ll switch or not, but I’m the closest to ditching this product as I’ve ever been.
I have ordered this to various parts of the country in my travels which means different climates. The face wash from Tiege is the only product that I use daily that has changed consistencies (including other Tiege products), so I truly feel the climate is not to blame.
Becoming more and more disappointed with this product. Thought I found the face wash I’d use the rest…
